PIKSI-Rock 2025 - Graduate Assistant Application

This application is for PIKSI-Rock only.

 This application requires several documents including a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and a copy of your transcripts. If you do not currently have them ready, you can start the application and save your progress. Once your documents are ready, you can upload them to the saved application. An application is not considered complete until all required documents are uploaded/submitted; incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
The application deadline is March 9, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. EDT.
 Additionally, it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the letters of support are submitted by the due date. Those applications that do not have all of the required letters of support will not be reviewed. Recommenders will receive instructions on how to upload appropriate letters once the graduate student completes this application.
Requested letters of recommendation are due March 16, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. EDT.
 Lastly, if you are accepted as a PIKSI-Rock Graduate Assistant, this offer is contingent upon the successful completion of background checks that verify that you have no criminal or other record that would preclude employment to the aforementioned position in the Pennsylvania State University's judgment, and that your educational credentials are valid. Information about our procedures for background checks for employment will be emailed to you in due course. Background checks must be completed, and required approvals must be obtained, prior to the start of employment.
